  • Every living being get angry, anger is part of human being we all get angry once a while, there is a proverb in my language that said that do not let darkness fall on your anger, meaning you should be allowed anger to control you for a long time. If it can be possible it will be good not to get angry at all but it is very difficult to do that because we all live in a world that is full of problems such as marital problems, financial problem, economic challenges, all this and many more lead as n a very stressful life.

There are so many things one need to do to ensure that his/her anger is well managed in a very professional way so that the implications of anger will not have a very big problem on the individual concern, I always tell people that if somebody offended you or hurt you the person may have forgotten about it but you keep on thinking about it and getting angry anytime you thing about it that will continuously  have a challenge on your health, learn to forgive and forget because it will save you from perpetual pain.

It is very important you know your self and what really make you angry all the time this way you will learn about your anger triggers and be aware of your anger warning signs, but the most important point is to learn ways to cool down quickly, so your anger will not keep long, you need to find a healthier ways to express your anger so that it will not affect you. It is very important sometimes to use humor to relieve tension, stay calm by taking care of your self not to involved your self on things that will make you angry all the time.

It is good we all learn to managed our anger effectively and efficiently in a relationship and at the work place.
