For years I spent extra time crafting beautiful resumes full of useful information to really wow hiring managers. One day, when I ran it through an ATS scan I found that not only was it not reading my font correctly, but it only saw 2.5 years of experience out of my 8 listed. No wonder I wasn’t hearing back!

After doing some in depth research I found the do’s and don’ts of creating an ATS-friendly resume.
