  • The course follows the previous one, “Ultimate Google Analytics course + 50 practical examples”. It is designed for all of you who have already spent time in Google Analytics and want to enrich your current knowledge. I assume you know how the session is defined and who/what the user is :).

All the explained concepts are still for Universal Analytics, and once the same features are available in GA4, the new material will appear. The course primarily explains the analytics principles and concepts with less focus on the interface. Once these concepts are understood, it’ll be easy to apply them to GA4 if these advanced features are ready and released.

The course will cover topics such as Attribution, Assisted conversions, Top conversion paths, Scopes or a couple of custom things like dimensions and metrics, alerts or reports. We’ll explain how and why the volume of sessions and clicks differ, and if you evaluate paid campaigns from tools like Google Ads or Facebook Ads, you will be surprised by how misleading data you’re driven by.

Take the course for a deeper understanding of what is possible to do in Google Analytics. Be prepared to apply this knowledge to your business will require buy-in from a larger group of people, and you’ll be the one who will evangelize and push the company or clients to change :). Good luck, and I’m happy to help if there’s anything unclear.
