  • I want to share my knowledge having worked as a stock analyst on Bay Street in Toronto advising institutional and ultra-high net worth clients on how to pick mutual funds / ETFs and build portfolios. In addition, I worked as a Consultant for the Responsible Investment Association (Canada) to identify emerging trends in responsible investing.

So I have made my knowledge available on Udemy.

In this course, you will learn

    – what does a good, low-risk portfolio look like

    – how to build one on your own using low-cost ETFs

    – how to tell if your mutual funds and ETFs are worth keeping

    – how to pick ETFs and mutual funds that BOTH beat the market AND has a good sustainability rating

    – how to transition your portfolio to a greener one without sacrificing returns

Sustainable investing is not just about being sustainable. It is built on sound investment management fundamentals with an additional requirement of ESG. So in this course, you learn both at the same time!

    Course Schedule:

In this Part 1 of the course, you will learn

What is sustainable investing and what different types of sustainable investments are there.

I will start with a broad-based knowledge of what is ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance), discussing each of the 3 dimensions.

After you gained a basic yet comprehensive understanding of sustainable investing,

Part 2 of the course is about how to implement sustainable investing in your own portfolio. We will discuss how to build a sustainable portfolio from scratch, or if you already have a portfolio, we can discuss how to transition the portfolio to a fossil-fuel-free or sustainable one.

This will cover how to pick ETFs that both outperform the market financially and sustainably.
