Hello.
This course aims to make the design patterns easier to understand and remember. In this course, every design pattern has 2 videos each. First video is the CodeReady version, which i explain the outcome of the design pattern on the final written code. And the other one is the implementation video, where i implement the code from scratch and explain the background and the history of each design pattern. This way, you can quickly gain knowledge about the design patterns with the CodeReady videos, if you are already familiar with the concepts.
This course is not an advanced design patterns course. It is meant to give insights to developers who wants to embrace design patterns. You will be able to grasp them with memorable examples. This course requires Java and basic Object Oriented Programming knowledge. If you are developing on an object oriented language (for example C#) you may be able to understand the context of the course.
There are 14 design patterns in this course. Here is the list of these design patterns:
Singleton
Builder
Factory
Visitor
Observer
Strategy
Chain of Responsibility
Command
Mediator
Proxy
Adapter
Decorator
Bridge
Facade
And there is a conclusion part where i have summarized and compared all the fundamentals of design patterns. This part is more advanced and it aims to paint the big picture.
I have tried to select the most commonly used design patterns in this course. But i can also add new videos and examples for other design patterns out there, if requested. If you are looking for unique examples for design patterns, i would be happy to see you in my course. Happy coding and designing 馃檪
