Her leadership skills were further exemplified during her tenure at EE, where she managed a substantial £500 million P&L and led a cross-functional team to launch the EE Pay as You Go product.

    Throughout her career, Victoria has held the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) on three occasions, leading the marketing efforts for Adzuna, Nexford University, and CAROL Bike.
